“Did a great job refurbishing my headlights. Helped me avoid $2500 worth of two repairs that the dealership rated as 'fail' but Bosone said I still had 1-2 years of life left on those parts. Not five stars because took three days to do an over view of my vehicle and had to continually call for an update. Bosone did take time to talk things over with me in-person when I picked up my vehicle and apologized for the unecessary duration it took”

“Bosone is the place to go if you need your car worked on. All of their mechanics are certified and their prices are fair. Jeff is honest (am uncommon trait in the business) and he delivers the work that is promised. Not only that, but he even calls you after to make sure everything is working out ok. I recently moved near here from Houston and, with a 20-year-old car, was worried about finding a mechanic I could rely on. I am very happy to recommend Bosone and THAT doesn’t come lightly.”

“Can't recommend these guys enough! Locally owned auto repair shop that obviously cares about what the customer wants. Great prices compared to others nearby. In addition, the owner and staff were very considerate, even offered to drive me to work when I dropped off the car. Fixed a pretty bad dent in the door in under the estimated time and looks great!”

“Bosone was a huge help. My old truck needed a new EcoBoost engine and they found one and replaced it quickly. They went above and beyond to help me keep the cost down. These guys are our new mechanics. Went to someone with the same name as I and that guy couldn't call me back after saying he would. Wouldnt get me the new engine and eventually said he didnt want to do it. Bosone really saved my butt. Thank y'all very much.”

“This shop is old school and I love it! They always give us a good price on repairs. Can be a little slow but they do their best to diagnose issues completely so there are no surprises. Recently our car flooded and they checked it out at no cost to us, then stored it until insurance could come get it. Great hometown shop.”

“First of all, 6/5 stars.

Fantastic repair shop. Their mechanic Henry got me right in and fixed all of my problems immediately. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most of all provided honest service. He knew what he thought was wrong and quoted me on it, then when it turned out that wasn't it he sent the parts back and charged me for the labor after manually fixing the problem. Later when I had another issue he was ready at the drop of a hat to take care of me until we found the problem ourselves just before we took it to him. He was appreciative of my loyalty, but I want to go a step further and make sure that anyone who reads this knows that Henry is the man you want to talk to about your car troubles.

Honest service speaks for itself, and I would 110% go back here immediately if I weren't moving to NY tomorrow. I wish I could bring them with me!”

“I cannot speak to the other services offered here but the mechanic Henry is great. I've been taking my truck here for about 2 years now and he has fixed all issues that have come up (rusted wheel assembly, check engine light, power steering pump failure) with it each time with no recurring problems, including a stubborn check engine light that several other mechanics could not determine the cause of. Service has always been fast, and they have worked with me in finding times that coincide with my work schedule.

He has also never tried to sell me on services I *didn't* need and has been honest about the drivability of the truck. He has told me which problems I can let go and which ones need imminent work.

I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here at least as long as he is working there.”

“Chuck Bosone won't fix anything unless he actually knows what is wrong first. He worked on some hard electrical problems for me, spending way too much time diagnosing problems the dealership wouldn't really even try to fix. When he finally figured it out he charged me a pathetically small amount (a part and the related labor). I felt like I had taken advantage of him actually, but he was very gracious. For his sake I hope most of his repairs are much more straightforward than the ones I laid on him.”

“My 96 Chysler Sebring had an intermittent ignition problem and I paid other auto repair shops two times to repair it but they never succeeded. Bosone repaired it in one day and I never had another problem. Bosone is expensive but still cheaper than the dealer. I would rather pay more and be done with it than risk being broke down on my way to work.”

“Service manager, Henry, was amazingly knowledgeable on my mini-van. Dern thing upchucked the water pump. Ain't no way my big hands fit in an inline 6 without my kids learning new words that they are unable to repeat. His quote was over $200 cheaper than other shops in the area including LC. After calling a couple of places that had 2-3 day wait list, I dropped it off at 10:00 and picked it up at 14:00. Engine compartment as clean as I had it.”

“After being repeatedly lied to by a mechanic on the other side of the lake, I decided to try Bosone. I am very glad I did. They do what you ask, explain everything and don't try to find/make other things to fix. They will pick you up and/or give you a ride home if you live close enough. “I had occasion to use Bosone's for two issues yesterday. The first was a tow that Joseph managed effectively (almost effortlessly) and within a reasonable period of time. Next was an electrical system check and battery replacement that was accomplished within minutes after the vehicle arrived at the shop. All of this was done in less than 90 minutes!

Mr Bosone is great! He manages a complete car care operation from towing vehicles in to taking care of every conceivable automotive issue. His employees are all no-nonsense, effective technicians. His prices are reasonable. I visited with him while I waited for my vehicle's problem to be assessed and fixed. I found Mr Bosone to be personable and honest with everyone with whom he dealt during my time in his office. I don't think that one can find a better auto shop within many leagues of Bosone's! Bosone Automotive is THE place to go!”

“My review is solely in regards to Bosones Wrecker Service. Unfortunately I had to contact them twice this week. 1st occasion for my client from out of state that broke down in Seabrook and didn't know where to start. Yelp knows Felicia B support her local business owners so I already knew who to call.. Bosones.. Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic.

2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe.

In the past I have referred clients to Bosones and personally used them and never had any issues.

“Bosone's is really 3 businesses in one. When reading these reviews, it is important to distinguish between (1) Bosone's towing service, (2) their automotive repair service, and (3) their body shop. I have used Bosone for all three types of services, and am pleased with all of them, but especially their automotive repair service. Chuck Bosone, the owner, is a straight-up, honest guy who will not perform unnecessary repairs. In fact, the local Honda dealer will often tell me I need all sorts of 'maintenance services' performed, but when I take it to Chuck, he won't do them, saying they are unnecessary. I've never seen a repairman turn down work, but Chuck will ... if he feels it's unnecessary. We've always been pleased with the level and quality of service. We definitely trust Bosone's.”

“I have been using Bosone since I move here in Clear Lake @ 2006, real close to my apartment, I can walk when I drop off my car for repair, Labor and parts are not that cheap,( still cheaper than the stealer/dealer) but they will fixed your car right, If you get lucky to see the owner Chuck who is usually at the shop especially in the morning, you can pretty much tell and feel that the shop will take care of your car, the only issue I have is when you pick up your car and you have to deal with the employee's where you pay, they are not organized and not that friendly oh well you can not win them all.
